Project Background
As a key energy nation in the Caspian region, Azerbaijan has been accelerating its energy diversification and renewable energy development in recent years. The client, a local mid-sized manufacturing enterprise, faced rising industrial electricity costs and growing demands for green supply chain compliance. They decided to utilize3,000㎡ of concrete rooftopfor a solar power plant.Singfo Solar, with proven overseas project delivery experience and reliable product quality, earned the client’s trust and provided a turnkey solar solution.
Singfo Solar Solution
Considering theconcrete rooftopstructure and local solar irradiation conditions, we designed a customized323kW On-Grid Systemunder the "self-consumption with surplus feed-in" model to maximize returns:
-High-Efficiency Modules:Selected high-power monocrystalline silicon modules to achieve 323kW capacity within the limited 3,000㎡ rooftop area, delivering excellent power density.
-Concrete Rooftop Solution:Adoptedconcrete base blocks + tilt brackets, eliminating the need to penetrate the existing waterproof layer while optimizing the tilt angle based on local latitude and solar conditions to ensure long-term stable operation.
-Localized Adaptation:Inverters and grid-connection equipment were selected and commissioned in strict compliance with Azerbaijan’s local grid standards, ensuring smooth grid integration and safe operation.
-Smart Monitoring System:Deployed a remote intelligent monitoring platform, allowing the client to track real-time generation, emission reduction data, and system status for digital O&M management.
Environmental & Economic Impact
Commissioned in November 2025, the system is expected to deliver significant economic and environmental benefits:
-Annual Output:398,014 kWh(accurately calculated based on local solar irradiation conditions).
-Emission Reduction:Saves about131 tonsof standard coal and reduces CO₂ emissions by approximately330 tonsannually, equivalent to planting18,000 trees.
-Economic Benefit:Based on local industrial electricity prices and surplus feed-in revenue in Azerbaijan, the payback period is estimated at6–7 years, with over 20 years of low-cost green power remaining, significantly reducing operating costs and helping the client meet international green supply chain requirements.
