Project Background

To reduce escalating industrial electricity costs and support the national "Dual Carbon" goals, the owner of a large manufacturing facility in Conghua partnered withSingfo Solar. This project utilized idle rooftop space to establish a solar power plant, aiming to achieve a win-win situation between green transformation and economic benefits.

 Singfo Solar Solution

Considering the large, unobstructed rooftop area, we designed a customized834.375kW On-Grid System. Operating under the "self-consumption with surplus feed-in" model, the system maximizes return on investment.

-High-Efficiency Modules:Utilized high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon modules to ensure stable power generation in the hot and humid climate of Southern China.

-Smart Monitoring:Integrated with an intelligent data monitoring platform, allowing the client to track real-time generation and emission reduction data for digital O&M management.


 Environmental & Economic Impact

Since its commissioning in November 2023, the system has performed stably and excellently:

-Annual Output:Approximately920,000 kWh.

-Emission Reduction:Saves about300 tonsof standard coal and reduces CO2 emissions by approximately760 tonsannually, equivalent to planting40,000 trees.

-Economic Benefit:By reducing grid electricity purchases, the payback period is estimated at5-6 years, providing the company with stable green power for over 25 years.
